Project Overview

Nestfrresh Eggs is one of the best company in the industry to sell eggs of such exceptional quality. They are committed to providing their customers with incredibly nutrient-dense eggs while simultaneously providing the highest standard of care for the Hens that lay those eggs. The only requirement is to acquire eggs from Nestfrresh that have been fed a particular diet. 

Discovery

Nestfrresh, a prominent player in the egg industry, approached us with the intention to create a new website that would represent their wide influence. The former website was not user-friendly, had an outdated design, and did not appropriately reflect the company’s identity. We conducted meeting with the company owners and developed a redesign strategy with three key goals:

  1. Reduce the frequency of customer requests for information by allowing site visitors to submit requests for estimates.
  2. Create a comprehensive product search.
  3. Confirm that each product has complete information and specs.

Methodology

In order to properly reposition Nestfrresh’s online presence in the market, we developed two separate approaches for exploring the standard and custom packaging options available:

  1. Main page and navigation breakdown arranged to make it simple for site users to choose which style of product packaging was appropriate for them.
  2. Customized user experience with an upgraded product details page template that highlighted the available customization possibilities and a final call-to-action (CTA) to seek a quote. Additionally, a section of the website was planned to be developed for the vast custom services offered by Nestfrresh, allowing users to educate themselves on the numerous options available to them.

Build

We enhanced the visual appeal of the website by including visually appealing images, minimal font, and a soothing colour scheme. Responsive programming was used to ensure positive experience for visitors regardless of the device they used to access it. We built the website using WordPress as the content management system (CMS) and utilized the WooCommerce request a quotation feature that allows users to add multiple items to a “quote cart” before submitting their request for an all-inclusive price estimate. A pop-up feature that provided a rapid preview of the site’s content also added a unique e-commerce experience, which allowed visitors to make purchases right from the homepage.

Test & Launch

We tested the website on various mobile, tablet, and desktop browsers to ensure high-quality and quickly launched it after no significant issues were found.
